    Simplifying Social Business eseries

    The social business model exalts engagement and collaboration with customers, partners, and employees. 

    Strip it back and the reason why the social business model is fundamentally important is because it supports how real people relate and do real business.

    I’m going to explore social business opportunities and challenges, in partnership with Dr. Natalie Petouhoff, in a series of eBooks.

    We'll open a gateway to understanding how social business and Social CRM will impact business. We’ll show business leaders how to build social strategies that will solve business problems in customer-facing departments like marketing, PR and customer service.
